SHIPPING YOUR ORDER TO YOUR U.S. HOTEL IS USUALLY FASTER AND SHIPPING IS LESS COSTLY THAN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, click on the “CHECKOUT’ button and follow the instructions below.

1. Uncheck the “Billing same as Shipping” button.

2. Fill in the information for the hotel that you wish to ship your order to, including the name of the guest that will be registering at the hotel and the arrival date.

3. Before filling in the Billing information, select the country from the dropdown list. Give the system a moment to switch from U.S. to International.

4. Fill in your billing information. Be sure to enter the exact address that is on your credit card bill. This will avoid an Address Verification System mismatch resulting in your credit card being declined.

5. Click on the “NEXT” button

6. Select the type of Shipping you wish. USPS First Class takes 5 to 7 days USPS Priority takes 2 to 3 days. We ship no later than next day from the date order is received.

7. Enter the balance of the information on the page including any Coupon Code (be sure to click on the “Apply” button).

8. Click on the “NEXT” button.

9. A summary of your order will appear, if everything is satisfactory, enter your credit card information and click on the “Place Your Order” button. CLICK ONLY ONCE. Your confirmation will take a moment to process.
